The “No Assembly Required” Campaign, was a collaboration between 4 students in Journalism 445: Developing Creative Media Messages. Our situation analysis of Poptarts’ current market found Poptart-eaters value convenience, on-the-go, and yummy options when they reach for any snack or breakfast foods. To convey this truth, we portrayed unlikely and overdramatized snacking in inconvenient locations, where it would have just been easier to eat a Poptart instead of the actual snackfood the Poptart flavor represents.
